How do I create a return or exchange?Updated 10 days ago

Please start a return or exchange by visiting returns.tracksmith.com. 

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition are eligible for return. The current exception is our footwear (the Eliot Runner, Eliot Range, Eliot Racer and Eliot NDO). All models are allowed to be returned within 100 miles or 30 days, whichever comes first. We cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale. If possible, please include the packing slip inside your return package for easy receiving. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment. There is an $8 flat rate for all U.S. based returns and exchanges, and a $25 USD equivalent rate for international returns.

International orders are eligible for return only.
