What items are returnable?Updated 6 days ago

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. The current exception is our footwear (the Eliot Runner, Eliot Range, Eliot Racer and Eliot NDO). All models are allowed to be returned within 100 miles or 30 days, whichever comes first. If possible, please include the packing slip inside your return package for easy receiving. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment. There is an $8 flat rate for all U.S. based returns and exchanges, and a $25 USD equivalent rate for international returns.

Please Note: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items in our Clearance section. These line items will be denoted final sale at checkout. If a final sale item is damaged or falls within our warranty, we will issue store credit for the item. 

Holiday Return period:

Items purchased between 11/10 and 12/31 are eligible for return through January 31, 2026. Purchases made after 12/31 are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns can be initiated here for domestic customers and for international customers here.
