What items are returnable?Updated a month ago

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. The current exception is the Eliot Runner which is allowed to be returned within 100 miles or 30 days, whichever comes first. We cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale. If possible, please include the packing slip inside your return package for easy receiving. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment.

Holiday Return period:

Items purchased between 11/15 and 12/31 are eligible for return through January 31, 2025. Purchases made after 12/31 are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns can be initiated here for domestic customers and for international customers here.

Please Note: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items in our Archive. These line items will be denoted final sale at checkout.
